Client Service Executive [Nigeria]


 

As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Frontline Homes, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective buyers and investors. Your role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various marketing channels, referrals, and networking in the real estate market.

Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Market Research: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitive analysis to provide accurate information to clients.

Documentation: Prepare and assist clients with all necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, deeds, and contracts, to facilitate property transactions.

Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, consistently delivering results.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in real estate sales in Lagos, with a track record of successful property transactions.

Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, including neighborhoods, pricing trends, and legal regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid real estate license (preferred but not mandatory).
