The opportunity
As a CMS-Service Delivery Senior Manager, you are expected to expand Cyber Security Managed Services presence in Oceania region. It includes business development, solutioning activities and leading day to day operations – in cooperation with worldwide CMS competency.
Your key responsibilities
- Proven experience in governance of Cyber Managed Services agreed upon with the client for multiple, complex security services, setting priorities and expectations with regards to delivery timing, resource requirements and monitoring outcomes
- Collaborate with different technology, delivery, and third party teams to closely to ensure seamless delivery experience to the customer
- Participates in customer meetings to update the status of the ongoing data operations and upcoming features. Highlights issues and risks as appropriate.
- Contributes to business cases and works in the early stages of the managed services lifecycle to provide the data operations cost estimates and tailors the solution to the customer needs
- Staying up to date with changes in software and technology most relevant to EY, identifying packages and solutions that could meet solution requirements and developing request for proposal from vendors
- Establish and execute processes towards effective service delivery of cyber managed services
- Driving adherence to security and regulatory standards and promote optimization and consistency in our tools and processes for a scalable future.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools like Sentinel , Splunk, etc.
- IT Security Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, etc.
- Experience with data parsing techniques e.g. regex for field extraction
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience in governance of with key cybersecurity managed solutions services, primarily around Digital Identity & Access Management, Threat Detection and Response, Endpoint Detection Response(EDR), Extended Detection Response(XDR), Security Operations Center, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cyber Analytics and Automation, Security Orchestration, Automation, And Response (SOAR), Vulnerability Management, Third Party Risk Management and Data Protection & Privacy services.
- Experience in work and/or management of enterprise level managed security services
- Presales experience, for instance in RFP (Request for Proposal) solutioning
- Experience in people management and team leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
- Agile, flexible mindset
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent certification (CISSP, SSCP, CISA etc.).
- Desired working experience of security monitoring tools such as Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, LogRhythm, Azure Defender, Sentinel, Fidelis, CarbonBlack, Demisto, Phantom, Symantec end point, ServiceNow SecOps
- In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
- Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline
