MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
A. C&B (20%)
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Be in charge of daily C&B operations: data management, leave record, labor contract, personal income tax register, social and healthcare insurance…Ensure that they are accuracy, meet timeline commitment, compliance with law and company policies.
- Pay Improvement: identify areas of opportunity within current programs and plans; develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for compensating employees.
- Support to perform compensation and benefit surveys to determine, establish, and maintain market competitiveness.
- Assist in the development and delivery of total reward statements
- Other tasks will be assigned when required.
- Support to post Job Ads
- Support to screen Mass application.
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Process work permit /TRC applications for foreigner
- Record and deliver uniform to newcomer
- Build an internal network to improve employment relations, follow-up, update and resolve issues concerning union
- Manage about Staff Facility: Locker, uniform, transportation account,etc.
- Plan and organize internal company activities: team building, parties, …

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
At least 1 year of experience in HR Admin
- Proficient in English, computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills, time management
- Have a good attitude, Positive, and willing to take on new assignments.
- Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
- Independent and well self-controlled with honesty and sincerity, responsibility
- Bachelor of Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
