Why is this role really critical to us?
Coordinate the articulation of Company’s strategic roadmap with all stakeholders.
How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
Adapt VF Group strategy to local context through coordination of strategic initiatives roadmap.- Seek/advise international best practises in Telecom/digital world to company’s top mgmt.
- Identify, prioritize and assess opportunities and / or threats on our Strategic Radar.
- Establish/review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans
- Coordinate the preparation of ICR meetings deck together with all relevant teams.
- Conduct market analysis
- Continuous research and analyze market trends and competitors, benchmarking and nurturing the organization
- Leading yearly strategy development cycles
- Lead and coordinate CreatetheFuture Workstreams
- Setting OCT and cascading it down to the organization,
- Coordinating quarterly group performance reviews
- Lead & coordinate controversial matters
You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in business adm, economics, industrial engineering or similar discipline.- Strong acumen in different functions of telecom business (min. 5 years), business consultancy background would be a great asset.
- Excellent presentation/communication skills at senior executive level
- Track record in creative thinking/vision and successful execution of projects with high impacts
- Very collaborative approach with different stakeholders
- Can manage through ambiguity and a complex matrix environment
- Clear big picture understanding
- Curiosity
- Awareness of the global trends
- Analytical
- Communicating clearly and empathetically.
