We offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the green transformation and shape the sustainability internal control framework. With your detail-oriented and supportive mindset you will assist and conduct independent sustainability compliance reviews and identify areas of improvement. You will use all your collaborating skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide input on sustainability policies and procedures.


A long with your colleagues in Financial Compliance, you will work close with our Group Sustainability department. Together with them you will build and strength our compliance processes.
Both teams are located at our headquarter in Brøndby, where you also will be placed. All team members have high exposure across business lines and group functions and are expected to drive agendas independently with regular team sparring.

Further, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Perform risk assessments and establish and maintain the NKT Sustainability Internal Control Framework.
  • Define and implement internal control sample test model to ensure adherence to sustainability policies.
  • Develop and automate sustainability compliance reporting processes.
  • Oversee the external audit process, ensuring accessible and auditable data.
  • Deliver sustainability compliance training sessions to the business lines.

Proactive professional who takes responsibility and executes on tasks
You have a keen interest in policies, processes and internal controls, as well as you adhere to compliance requirements. You are known as a person, who always ensures high-quality output. You have an outgoing personality and gets motivated by collaborating daily with colleagues at all levels.


Your CV preferably also includes:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, audit, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in external or internal audit, financial compliance or controlling, or similar roles.
  • Experience with internal controls and risk assessment.
  • Your enhanced communication skills are unfolded in English, both written and spoken, possibly from experience in international organizations and manufacturing.
