Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Department: Finance

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience in managing and collecting accounts receivable. The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for processing invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and collecting payments from customers. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and preparing monthly reports.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure they are accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable activity.
• Research and analyze creditworthiness of new customers.
• Negotiate payment terms with customers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new accounts receivable procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
