Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Highly Beneficial)
- A minimum of 3 years General Management/or 5 years lodge management experience, Essential. (5 Star, High End, Luxury Establishments)
- Previous Lodge Experience -Essential
- International experience highly beneficial
- Sales experience-Highly Beneficial
- Good financial acumen (English)
- Excellent people skills
- Well experienced in all aspects of the lodge operation: HR, Finance (Budgeting/Forecasting), F&B, FOH, Guest Interaction, Project management, Maintenance, Housekeeping etc.
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
- Preference will be given to SA Citizens
