FEMALE – HR MANAGER
Languages: English, Hindi
Experience Level: 3-4 years (Qatar Experience mandatory)
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end recruitment process
- Well versed with all the labor laws, labor disputes
- Responsible for creating all the onboarding documents, inductions and documentation of new employees
- Maintaining the database and documentation of all employees (HRMS/Folders)
- Preparation of SIF files, coordinating with the WPS on the payroll every month
- Coordinate with the PRO on all the visa related processing
- Conduct exit interviews, Grievance handling & employee retention
- Handle all day to day HR activities and escalations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
