Responsibilities:
- Achieve machine standard rates and global productivity standards while operating plant machinery by following detailed instructions.
- Inspect, deburr and gauge parts according to detailed criteria outlined by quality processes and documents. Follow inspection detail documents and visually identify quality defects.
- General light material handling including lifting up to 35lbs, cleaning and organizing of work stations including box construction, packing and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations
- Communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment
- Experience operating material handling equipment; manual and electric tow motors
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work various shifts
