We're hiring for an Accounting Assistant.
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
The role of Accounting Assistant is to handle and support accounting & finance activities in Corteva business, being a dynamic part of an accounting and controlling team and ensuring strong control environment under the direct supervision of Company Controller.
Your Challenge:
- Conduct daily bank related activities.
- Liaise with other departments for incoming cheques & bank guarantee letters.
- Ensure proper verification and follow posting of customer cheques to accounting system.
- Support proper verification and following import expenses.
- Ensure proper verification and follow posting of travel expense reports.
- Provide support to controlling team in other accounting tasks.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Be an active part of implementation of internal control procedures.

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- BA degree
- 3+ years of relevant accounting & finance experience
- Experience on bank transactions, cheques, guarantee letters, payments,
- SAP FI module experience will be an asset,
- Basic knowledge of Turkish Tax Codes and Commercial Codes
- Excellent inter-personal relationship skills to all levels in an organization
- Works methodically and meets required deadlines,
- Demonstrated open and clear communications and processes for issue resolution,
- Good English level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills)
