Our InfraCo team

Our team is focused on growing a standalone infrastructure business – increasing the visibility of our infrastructure assets, driving operating efficiency and growing our revenue streams, to position Telstra InfraCo as a strong, viable business in the market and enhance future optionality.
As Administrative Support you will provide assistance and business focus with the implementation of specific programs of work. You will assist to drive end to end compliance, improvement and relevant contract administration.
This is a Fixed Term role for 24 months.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and team members
  • Assist to develop and drive processes (and compliance to processes)
  • Create and prepare reports/presentations to stakeholders
  • Support the management of commercial, legal and financial exposures
  • Maintain governance documentation and ensure all documentation, including meeting minutes are stored on the relevant SharePoint portal
  • Manage project stakeholders by regular reporting and ensure that they are regularly informed of project progress to achieve business objectives
  • Establish and monitor project performance against milestones and goals
  • Identify and manage key stakeholders to gain their support and deliver outcomes
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders
About You
The Following skills and experience will help you to be successful in this role:
  • Strong process improvement focus to ensure best practice is adopted
  • Skills in the use of MS Office and SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of Telstra’s internal systems, including Aperion, Workday, Donesafe, Concur (desirable)
  • Sound knowledge of Program and Project Management processes, as well as some experience in Construction or Service Delivery
