Responsible for managing all marketing initiatives for the healthcare segment in EMEA. The scope includes the Rx, OTC and consumer health subsegment and the oral solid, oral liquid, ophthalmic, pulmonary and dermal administration routes as well as medical devices and diagnostics segments where functional packaging is required
The candidate would be responsible to drive the segment strategy and to operationalize it through marketing plans, powerful value propositions tailored to segment & specific customers’ needs and developing Amcor Healthcare brand in the space. He/She/They will be tasked to identify sustainable leads and nurse existing customer relationships. In addition, the candidate will drive tactical commercial activities supporting sales though the sales funnel

Scope & Geographical spread: EMEA Healthcare segment relevant to our evolving portfolio of products
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support development and execute on EMEA healthcare segment 5 years strategy through combination of strategic assessments, segment research and competitive / customer analytics.
- Execute on Amcor Healthcare brand strategy by positioning him/her/themselves progressively as subject matter expert externally and building network of relevant external relationships
- Drive innovation through quantitative and qualitative research around unmet needs. This may include consumer and patient panels, customer interviews, survey and other tools that may be deemed necessary
- Co-create compelling value propositions that target the needs of the segment and specific customers and position our capabilities and products against the next best alternative
- Support Sales with effective sales materials and a times by being Amcor marketing voice towards the customer around needs, segment pricing and other relevant topics
- Support the development of powerful external communications in close collaboration the marketing manager, including but not restricted to participation on industry events
- Identify leads systematically through scouting, webinar and content creation, and work closely with the business development team to unlock the opportunities
- Support the Healthcare leadership in the development of presentations, strategic discussions, and relevant investment cases

Lead and work in cross functional teams across cultures and locations in a highly matrixed internal environment. Ability to influence and drive the agenda without authority is key to succeed, both towards peers and senior stakeholders. Ensure long-term strategic outcomes are achieved through solid strategic process, diligent execution, while managing the short-term needs of the business
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Formal Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in science or business-related field, specialisation in Marketing is a plus
- 1-3 years marketing experience in the healthcare space, ideally B2B, and/or top tier consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience with key marketing processes: strategic planning, competitive analysis, market research, new product launches, value pricing strategies, tactical sales support
- Proven track record succeeding in a cross-functional, highly matrixial organization. Experience introducing new products is a plus
- Previous experience of the pharmaceutical packaging industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) a strong plus
