Responsibilities
- To oversee, coordinate and supervise of site activities to ensure smooth executive of projects
- To manage & monitor ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System) works progress and to carry out according to the planned schedule
- To attend site meetings with all the relevant parties such as Developers, Architects, Consultants & Builders
- To coordinate and liaise closely with sub-contractors and Suppliers on project related matters
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree with Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant ACMV / HVAC experience in a local construction environment
- Previous experience in General Building Works / M&E services will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal & communicate skills with the ability to build good relationships with all levels
- A good team leader and player who is able to lead and work under pressure.
Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) & Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
