Join our Order Management
We partner with Sales and various internal stakeholders (Legal, Deal Desk, Product Managers, Billing etc.) The aim of this cooperation is to create a complete and compliant Akamai order.
We advise on and review all required approvals, existing customer details, contractual product information, pricing, general contract structure and opportunity details.
Partner with the best
You will be a go-to person for sales for all ordering related topics, especially creation of paperwork. Every document that our customers will sign, will go through your review to ensure its accuracy and compliance.
As an Order Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Cooperating daily with sales in order to find the best and optimal contract structure
- Translating customer needs into valid orders/contracts
- Assisting our sales team with the renewal of existing customer contracts
- Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
- Acting as a subject matter expert on the selling polices, looking for future improvements
- Drafting business terms in case of special deal's requirements
- Staying up to date with Akamai products portfolio updates (pricing, structure, features)

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate fluency in German
- Be fluent in English as you will be working in multi-cultural environment

- Show proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
- Be able to work individually and take initiative, and be a team player
