MAIN FUNCTIONS:
RECRUITMENT AREA: Drafting job descriptions, participate in conducting interviews, and assessment center sessions. Collaborate with the team to evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations. Assist in onboarding new hires, including providing support with IT tools and the onboarding program.
COMMUNICATION AREA: Prepare internal communications, such as announcements, memos, and newsletters. Assist in organizing company-wide events and activities.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT AREA: Support the implementation of employee training programs. Participate in training sessions and workshops. Collaborate with team members to develop training materials and resources.
HRBP AREA: Support in arranging medical checks in Spain and Portugal. Collect necessary documents for FUNDAE (Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo). Ensure employees in Spain, Italy, and Portugal complete compliance courses. Support in tracking fixed-discontinuous contract employees' holidays and start/stop dates.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Master's in HR or MBA? Double bonus!
️ Excel, PowerPoint, and Word wizardry.
Advanced English and Spanish (native or advanced).
Organized, attention to detail and structured mindset.
