We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst who can harness the company's data to convert it through methodological analysis into practical insights, to join its exceptional Data Team, with the goal of leading the company’s analytics discipline and supporting the business in its data-driven strategy.
This individual will have the responsibility of evaluating business performance and conducting on-demand research to identify potential areas for growth, ultimately enhancing the company's efficiency and expansion.
The company has built a strong tech backbone to leverage its data, collected over the span of dozens of million of $ in online advertising spend. The data analysis and predictive modeling guide the company’s decision making and play a central role in its success, creating a unique competitive edge over the industry and other e-commerce players.

- Create a unified perspective of the company's performance by integrating the results from various verticals, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Applying statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data, identify patterns, trends, and insights to aid decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data outputs and models through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Provide actionable recommendations to business partners
- Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward way
You will thrive in this role if you have…
- 4+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst
- Expert in SQL in a Big Data environment
- Bachelor degree in a STEM field - Engineering, Core Science, Statistics or similar
- Proficiency with data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of the statistical significance, models, and tools, as well as the analysis and research methodology and testing.
- Outstanding attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking
- A business acumen and a problem-solving approach with great communication skills
- Experience in B2C, retail, e-commerce or adtech - a plus
