Your role:
- Process changes HR related data.
- Approve, reject, re-submit or escalate transactions based on policies and guidelines.
- Perform regular checks on changes in systems; monitor and identify points of departure and execute necessary corrections.
- Support delivery of reports within scope.
- Respond to external/internal requests for information.
- File HR-related documentation; maintain HR files and records.
- Manage and record document flow.
- Actively identifies improvements according to LEAN ways of working and participates in LEAN process improvement activities.
- Assesses and analyses the desirability/necessity of improvements and simplifications in HR related processes and procedures and initiates a change request.
- Decides on the desirability of using and making (administrative) tools.
- Introduces new HR supporting process activities.
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations activities.
- Support Engagement and Well-being program.
You're the right fit if:
1. Experience: min 5 years relevant HR experiences.
2. Skills: analytical, communication, excel, attention to details.
3. Education: bachelor's degree from HR Management, Psychology or Economic.
4. People oriented with good communication.
