As the first person our guests see when they walk in the door, you must be well presented and have a cheerful, bubbly personality.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Welcoming our guests upon their arrival and directingh them to their rooms
· Check-in and check-out procedures for our guests
· Managing all Hotel bookings and enquiries by telephone or email
· Responding to guest emails
· Ensuring our guests have everything they require during their stay
· Ensuring all booking details are correct
We would like you to have some experience in a hotel environment, although full training will be provided, however you must be well presented, confident, have excellent attention to detail and be willing to learn new procedures.
