A world-leading FMCG company is recruiting a Head of Key Account in Taiwan to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieves sales target via establishing and developing effective relationships with customers and building profitable business partnership
  • Initiates, implements, and evaluates sales activities of key accounts
  • Seeks potential opportunity and lifts sales momentum via effective tailor-made business development plan and key accounts business analysis
  • Translate customer insights to applicable solutions to customers. Seeks advices, guidance and direction from key stakeholders
  • Collects market intelligence and provides feedback & insights to internal stakeholders on impacts of programs and initiatives
  • Performs other related duties assigned by management
  • Effectiveness and Efficiency, Customer fundamental across in-store enablers & Forecast accuracy

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum experience required: 8-year sales related experience in key account for modern-trade channels with proven track record in reputed organization
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Good communication & negotiation skill
  • Good English proficiency in written and oral
