As a Hand Painter for Louis Vuitton, you help make our client’s unique pieces their own. Delighting them by crafting personalized artwork and continuously seeking to exceed their expectations.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and customize client’s desired artwork by interpreting and replicating through paintings on trunks
- Maintain communications with the client while servicing custom requests (i.e., initials, personalized crests, portraits, etc.)
- Provide clients with artistic samples; collaborate with client on artwork modifications
- Review, evaluate, assess requests, and manage time-line expectations of painting process and completion
- Support artwork illustration for Made-To-Order trunks
- Work closely with Store Manager on identifying and maximizing business opportunities through special orders and personalize items
- Live painting demonstrations or animations for clients and press during in-store events.
PROFIL
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
To be successful in this role you must possess extensive hand painting artistic skill and the ability to interpret and replicate client’s desired artwork as well as an appreciation for the Louis Vuitton culture, history and craftsmanship.
Requirements:
- Must be skilled in designing and free hand painting
- Patience with the ability to focus and aim in providing quality artwork
- Solution-oriented and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with internal or external client
- Fast learner and able to maintain a high-performance level in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail or customer service industry is an added advantage.
- Able to work on retail hours including weekend/PH.
