BRANCH MANAGER
The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of marketing activities. He/ She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business profitably.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising Sales teams and establishing work priority at all branches under the jurisdiction.
- Liaising with Management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running operations of branches
- Provide technical knowledge to staff and prepare DSR, WSR, MSR, QSR, and ASR. (Daily Sales Report, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually)
- Prepares marketing plan for every month and set goals for the Branches
- Manages and supervises department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
- Maintains and oversees all Inbound sales processes and retains genuine and qualified clients
- Managing quality of counseling and delivering a conversion ratio of at least 30 percent from the qualified candidates.
- Marketing of branches within the community to attract business
- Records and researches all the latest product mix in the region and coordinate with marketing to launch and promote the same
- Give clarity to the team regularly on who is the qualified applicant and document the same, and keep updating the form
- Establishing an offering mix includes: Targeting the customer, setting the process for application intake for qualified applicants only
- Oversees marketing budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
- Documents and interprets complicated information for clients and reports them to the Management
- Advises on procedures and products as well as developing policies for the region
- Oversees financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and other economic groups relating to branch finance
- Forecasts and plans according to strategic goals of the company, both long-term and short term
- Grow number of applications filed
- Supervising and training staff from various departments and providing constructive feedback
- Receive feedback and suggest changes to improve customer experience
- Maintain profitability of Branches at all given times.
- Manage profitability and grow multiple branches in the region.
- Identify a location for potential growth, due to necessary research and place in structure to grow the units of the branch in the given region.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Immigration and overall 8+ years of sales experience in a senior management position.
- Knowledge of processing Immigration applications and being able to guide counselors for complex cases.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Eager to expand Branches with new accounts, clients, and businesses
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Able to analyze financial records and transfer data
- Assists team members when needed to accomplish branch goals
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- In-depth understanding of Branches and their position in the industry
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business with an emphasis in business, or a related field; Master's degree in a business field preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing budgets, cost accounting, and cost control principles
- Ability to manage employees while multitasking projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of immigration best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations.
