Job Description
The Integral Project Manager is responsible for managing a variety of product related projects. These include New Product Realization, Cost reductions, Value engineering, Supplier changes and component changes.
Key responsibilities of integral project manager are:
  • Contribute to clear product requirements, facilitate a project intake, and translate these into sound technical requirements.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary project team to safeguard requirements, planning, cost and document flow.
  • Report in line with set standards on project progress towards the various stakeholders.
  • Manage the supplier development process to safeguard requirements, planning, cost and document flow.
  • Pro-actively identify bottlenecks and solve problems with the supplier in the area of development, product quality and logistics.
  • Take cost road mapping into account during the design phase.
  • Solve the technical issues with regard to the approbation process with and between supplier and certifying bodies.
  • Drive the business case of your project and make sure it is up to date.
  • Assist in complaint reviews and help implement product/process improvements.
  • Assist in supplier selection with respect to development and production capabilities.
  • Driving breakthrough improvement projects.
  • Contributes to continues improvement in the area of new product development.
