Your key responsibilities:
- Oversees building and grounds maintenance
- Operates and maintains custodial functions
- Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
- Ensures that our Head Quarters are clean, maintained according to company policy and procedures
- Handles general accounting tasks, such as HR approvals, approving invoices and budgeting
- Leads a Facility team of 3 – 4 FTE
- Negotiates and reviews service contracts (i.e. cleaning, catering, lease cars, etc)
- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections
- Checks completed works by contractors
- Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical and facility design modifications
- Coordinate the move of our HQ and distribution center in the upcoming time
- Enjoys working across multiple departments with multiple people
- Over 3 years of experience in any maintenance or project management field with an affinity of both hard and soft services
- Project Management skills
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
- 32-40 hours work week (on location)
