ABOUT THE TEAM

Job Responsibilities
- Closely Interface with offshore client and marketer, local custody for client on boarding and local account set-up
- Key partnership with Vendor, Product Manager and Exchange to derive and deliver all new product/new regulation related logistics (trade & settlement mechanism and system data flow design, exchange
- Responsible for day to day trade settlement & affirmation process
- Assurance of all trade flow are processed accurately and promptly both at the exchange and within the internal settlement/clearing systems
- Trade support to front office locally and globally, Project management
- Review the SOP regularly and update them timely according to change and where possible make suggestion for greater efficiency and control
- Act as the key interface and escalation point to sales, trader, dealer, audit, compliance, legal, technology for operational matters
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Local Futures and Options license and local senior securities broking license
- Good knowledge of Futures & Options and Equity product. 1 year or more prior broker Operations experience and Corporate Action Process knowledge will be desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft application and the willingness to learn new application in an ever changing environment
- Excellent global client focus and customer care working practices
- Flexible attitude toward working hours due to the demands of the working place.
- Excellent attention to details and control point under time pressure
- Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills to manage priorities and pressure
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience using Alteryx, RPA (UiPath) or Tableau expertise
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong intellectual curiosity for process improvements
