Client Service Manager (80-100%)

Zurich | working from home up to 60% | Reference 5490


As a client service manager, you will be working with a dynamic and motivated team in supporting customers with their queries referring to settlement, corporate actions, and more. You will also be independently conducting analyses and investigations in support of various business objectives. A constructive approach to improving and enhancing operational processes is highly encouraged. The clearing consultant reports directly to the Head of Clearing Service Operations in Zurich. What You Will Do

  • assisting counterparties with settlement queries or issues
  • monitoring and facilitating of x-clear's various settlement and post-trade processes (e.g. corporate action / income processing, reconciliation etc.)
  • tracking and adapting to relevant changes in market environments
  • pursuing the optimization of operational processes
  • leveraging learned operational expertise to provide key insights and assistance to projects and initiatives

What You Bring

  • proactive and flexible team-player, keen to learn
  • ability to work accurately and independently
  • affinity for financial markets or previous industry experience is a plus
  • knowledge and experience with Excel VBA is a plus
  • very good spoken and written command of English
