1. Coordinating with consultants and contractors as to prepare and interpretation of plans and specifications. 2. Ensuring contractors’ compliance with contract, plans, specifications, regulations and standards. 3. Monitoring all materials going into the project site. 4. Responsible for the inspection of the workmanship and compliance to the method of statement of construction. 5. Monitoring and ensuring the construction works schedules are maintained. 6. Keeping detail site records of various aspects of works, which to put in regular reports of the progress and any delays, the site manpower, weather condition, drawing received, instruction from superintendent officer, etc. 7. Establishing an appropriate working relationship with contractor’s staff, carrying out daily site inspection, insisting on corrections from contractor with non-quality works done on site and work under pressure to meet deadlines. 8.
