We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Salary: From $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Auckland Central, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 2 years (Required)
