position: Admin Assistant
salary: S$1.8K~2.5K

5 days weeks
basic + bonus + allowance
Responsibilities:
- prepare PO, Invoice, Quotation, DO, GR, CI, PS
- prepare payment vouchers and cheque.
- support PO & Supplier ETA
- support & update company HR hand-book.
• manage office equipment and stationery ordering. • maintain & update company related licenses to ensure compliance. • work closely with suppliers/customers/forwarder • perform general administrative duties like memo, filing, documentation, mailing & postage • handling logistics and shipping document • provide secretarial support to management. • ensure supply chain and inventory are in order with periodic schedule audit. • maintain a detailed suppliers/customers database to track & monitor. • provide office HR and recruitment support.
- provide administrative support to shipping, customs and insurance declaration.
- identifies and implements cost reduction opportunities.
- ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year relevant work experience • Proficient in Microsoft office
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills • Goal driven, creative, dynamic and independent.
- Able to multi-task, highly organized, detail oriented and a good team player
