Position: Solar Project Manager
Location: No. 8 Ubi Rd 2, Zervex #03-06, Singapore 408538
Salary: SGD 4,000 to SGD 7,000 monthly based on qualifications and experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution within established timelines and budgets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, budget allocations, and timelines, identifying and resolving any potential issues to maintain project efficiency.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards, emphasizing safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in project management within the solar energy industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technologies, and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making critical decisions under pressure.
- Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm in accomplishing tasks.
- Advantageous: Working knowledge of SPPG (Singapore Power Procedures and Guidelines), SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force), and LEW (Licensed Electrical Worker) regulations would be advantageous.
