Receptionist-Worcestershire Community Dental Service [United Kingdom]


 Job responsibilities: Administration To work in accordance with written policies and protocols Pulling/filing notes for clinics and update patient information as necessary Photocopy/scanning as requested Maintain filing systems manual and computerised Complete daily/weekly and monthly banking procedures Reception Provide a reception service for patients and visitors to Worcestershire Community Dental Service Making appointments at the front desk and by telephone Be able to cross cover other clinics across Worcestershire as and when required Administer the receipt, payment of NHS fees Appointments Process appointment requests for patients via telephone and face to face Send out patient appointments reminders Computer Registering and updating patient details on Dental System SOEL Update data onto daily spreadsheets Produce patient letters Communication with other dental clinics via telephone and email Telephone Answering the telephones and dealing with appointment and enquiries Other Tasks Ensure building security have thorough knowledge of doors/windows/alarm Any other tasks allocated by dental team Maintain confidentiality at all times For full details of the duties and criteria for the role please refer to the job description and person specification attached.
