Under the direction of the Assistant Plant Manager the Production Analyst will be responsible for compiling, producing, organizing, preparing, and distributing various production reports and schedules. In addition the Production Analyst will perform a variety of other functions across multiple departments to support the overall needs of the operation.

  • Prioritize work daily to ensure objectives are met in an expeditious manner
  • Coordinate with Master Scheduler to produce, organize, and prepare production orders
  • Audit production paperwork for accuracy and enter data into spreadsheet
  • Prepare next day production paperwork
  • Gather data and produce reports for various plant management and other key team members
  • Create, produce and maintain various types of spreadsheets for plant operations
  • Produce and post weekly reports on plant downtime
  • Ensure proper storage of documents
  • Retrieve proper documents as needed for various reports and audits
  • Review weekly equipment calibration logs for accuracy
  • Receive quotes from various vendors and suppliers for creating purchase orders
  • Submit purchase requisitions and purchase orders for payment
  • Maintain functionality of office equipment
  • Order supplies for office and production
  • Maintain office visitor log
  • Assist HR and Quality
