The HR Data Management Associate carries out operational HR administration related processes and transactions for SAP employee base in Germany. The Data Management Associate focuses on daily data maintenance for personnel administration, if necessary, consults with relevant stakeholders such as Local HR or Payroll. The position is full-time (40hrs/week).
Maintenance of employee data related to:
- Contractual variations
- Handling of e-documents
- Onsite handling of documents – printing / shipping
- Personal data changes
- One-off payment processing
- Update all documents necessary for the processing of personnel administration for above processes based on required changes
- Ensure information flow with all departments and functions in SAP, which are involved in organization data processing
- Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees, and managers.
- Work with other team members sharing knowledge on topics that require learning.
- Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers
Note: The above listed tasks are just an example. The concrete scope of responsibilities will be assigned upon joining the team and in accordance with the working time (20hrs/week).
