Responsibilities Include:
- To greet the guests on arrival in a warm, welcoming, and friendly manner.
- Check in/out guests effectively ensuring that all details are correct.
- Take reservations via phone and email, as effectively as possible and take messages to respond to guests in a quick manner when busy, at all times in a warm friendly manner.
- Excellent upselling of hotel products and services, maximising all sales opportunities with phone and online bookings.
- Always be well groomed in appearance as per our company grooming standards set out in the company policies.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Must have at least 1 years experience of Hotsoft hotel management system or similar hotel software is a requirement.
- The ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
- Excellent administrative skills and the ability to use email and CRS booking system is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Good team working skills.
