About Us
Nudie Glow is a fast-growing beauty e-commerce business specialising in Korean & Australian beauty.
We’re currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant/Pick Packer to join our team in our warehouse based in Moorabbin VIC.
The Role
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for accurate and efficient processing of all orders, receiving incoming stock, and assisting the Warehouse manager in maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse environment.
Full training and support is provided for this role and would suit a candidate with great attention to detail & strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Daily order fulfilment (including picking and packing of orders)
– Manage order returns
– Receiving, checking, recording, organising and storing inbound stock
– Product replenishment & stock control
– Communicating with the customer service team about any order related issues
– Adapting to new software & systems
– General warehouse duties such as cleaning and tidying
– Maintaining the warehouse to a high standard ensuring a safe and clean environment
The ideal candidate will ideally have:
– Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is ideal but not necessary
– Ability to communicate effectively, both in a written and verbal format
– Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
– A positive and resilient approach, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
– You’re a tech savvy, with an innate love for problem solving, accuracy and efficiency.
– Be reliable, honest and hardworking.
– The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
– Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
– Experience with Shopify is highly regarded
Employment Type
