- Key Responsibilities:
Develop cordial relationship with customers

Provide support and guidance to Customers and handling escalated customer issues as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the company's database
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, and customer care processes
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care
Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Well versed with service standards with a passion of satisfying customers
