A Pub and Restaurant in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barman (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the pub and restaurant patrons
- Make coffee with the coffee machine
- Assist the pub manager to ensure smooth operations
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses and serve beverages to customers
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and coffee
- Plan and present the menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven 1 year of experience as a Barman or in a similar role
- Experienced in making classic cocktails
- Experienced with coffee machines
- Knowledge of alcohol assortment, beer and wines
- Proactive, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Familiar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee and fresh juice
- Committed to work long term
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month
