Job Description


We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to operate as part of a world-wide and highly experienced sales team, responsible for meeting customer needs and, driving revenue and profit targets in the DACH region.

Some of the main responsibilities:

  • Manage existing channel partners in all vertical markets within region
  • Increase the market share of our products and services with existing channel partners
  • Develop new strategic channel partners in all DACH vertical markets
  • Demonstrate products to channel partners, consultants and end users
  • Travel within the region regularly and on occasion within EMEA
  • Identify and influence key decision makers
  • As part of the Sales team, identify, organise and execute our participation in trade shows, industry events and other marketing activities
  • Collect and report on market intelligence
  • Maintain an accurate, rolling sales forecast and produce management reports or maintain databases as appropriate
  • Execution of the agreed Go To Market (GTM) Strategy in the region
  • Align regional strategy with central marketing and execute local marketing activities ensuring ROI

Qualifications
  • Good general standard of education, including English and Maths
  • AV certifications such as AVIXA CTS preferable
  • Experience of successfully selling high tech complex products in the B2B marketplace and showing a passion for the product
  • Experience of working within the AV market essential
  • Experience of successfully selling high tech complex products in the B2B marketplace
  • Track record of success with sales and business development
  • Experience and knowledge of the AV market
  • Technical product understanding and a consultative approach to sales
  • Producing sales forecasts via CRM database
  • Ability to develop excellent relationships within and outside the organisation
  • Organisation skills, keen attention to detail yet creative
  • Team player
  • Using own initiative to develop relationships and organisation
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in German, fluent in English
  • IT literate
  • Able to travel around the DACH region and other locations as required
