OVERVIEW
At Artisan Golf, excellence is where we begin. Founded in 2017 by Mike Taylor and John Hatfield, Artisan manufactures and builds the world’s best golf clubs. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated fitting specialist to join our team. We have been told our fitting process is the best in the business. Fitting Specialists are our golfers' primary touchpoint; in this role, you will assist consumers in selecting the best Artisan club for their game. Worth, Texas facility.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
In this role, you will do the following.
- Conduct iron, wedge, and putter custom fittings at our facility the Artisan way. You will use Trackman and other technology to determine the best fit.
- Schedule, communicate, and work with customers throughout the fitting process.
- Perform additional administrative tasks, including reporting, sales tracking, and business analysis.
- Provide factory tours and interact with consumers visiting our Ft. Worth facility.
- Work with the manufacturing and club building teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled with time specifications.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of previous related experience preferred
- Passion for excellence
- Excellent communication written and verbal communication skills, organization, and time management
- Must be able to be a positive member of the Artisan team
- Comfort using technology, such as Trackman, Microsoft Office, and related products
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Detail oriented and able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Regularly lift or move objects 10-50 lbs.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
