Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and gather confidential information
  • Answer and respond to telephone inquiries
  • Data Entry to company software systems
  • Great problems solving
  • Maintain a record of follow-up calls and outcomes.

Requirements :

  • High school SPM or equivalent
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident phone manner.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and persistently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
