Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and gather confidential information
- Answer and respond to telephone inquiries
- Data Entry to company software systems
- Great problems solving
- Maintain a record of follow-up calls and outcomes.
Requirements :
- High school SPM or equivalent
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully and persistently.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
