TLScontact is looking for an one-year full-time Visa Centre Agent in Geneva (CH), starting asap (flexible).
Agent has the responsibility for handling Visa Applications in accordance with company processes.
The Visa Centre Agent is in charge of handling face-to-face visa applications.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Handling day-to-day Visa Applications in line with our Client processes :Greeting Visa applicants and answering their questions
- Explaining each step of the Visa application process & guiding visa applicants
- Completing Visa applications completion through our online system
- Collecting bio-metric data (picture & finger-print)
- Proposing & selling "Added Value Services" (AVS) to our Visa applicants according to their needs (courier services, premium services etc…)
- Providing a first-class service and a positive customer experience
- Flagging to Management situations or issues that may give rise to concern
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Visa centre
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in English and in French
- An other language is a plus
- Experience in a face-to-face customer service role
- Working in a fast-paced and at times highly pressured environment
- Experience in an international environment

- Salary (full time): 4'160 CHF monthly gross
- Fixed-term contract of 1 year
- Sales bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 15% monthly based on collective team performance
