Your challenge
In this interesting and varied role, you will support the Client Data Management department in all matters relating to account openings and mutations for both natural and legal persons. To this end, you are able to analyze complex legal entities structures and have a solid knowledge of CDB, QI/FATCA, CRS, FIDLEG and MiFID regulations.
In addition to these tasks, you will also setup online banking accesses, support Front with their various inquiries and perform occasional clean-ups.
Your profile
For this multifaceted position, you have completed commercial or equivalent training and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a financial institution in the area of formalities/account openings/data management.
In addition to your French mother tongue, you have a good command of English; other languages are an advantage. You are proficient in MS Office and if possible Avaloq and are considered reliable, independent, team-oriented and able to work under pressure. You are flexible, have pleasant manners and are used to taking on responsibility. Moreover, you are characterized by a very precise and expeditious way of working, as well as a high level of communication skills and a strong sense of service.
