Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. This role involves analyzing sales data, implementing sales strategies, managing sales tools, and providing operational support to maximize revenue generation and customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales management to develop sales strategies, forecast sales targets, and set sales quotas.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce sales cycle time.
  • Identify and propose improvements to sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Manage and maintain sales automation and CRM tools to ensure accurate data and reporting.
  • Train sales representatives in the effective use of sales tools and technologies.
  • Provide support to the sales team, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and
  • coordinating with other departments.
  • Assist in sales training and onboarding programs to enable sales representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor actual performance against forecasts and budgets and provide insights on variances.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the sales team’s performance.
  • Work with sales managers to address performance gaps and improve sales outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations for adapting sales strategies to stay competitive.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Sales/Marketing or other related field (depending on the seniority of the role).
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills – a must.
