JOB TITLE: Store Associate (2) for a restaurant/bar/wine retail store in Makati
Salary 16k-22k plus 12% of sales
Work Schedule: Tues - Sunday 2pm-10pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years experience working in hospitality or customer service
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
- Experience with wine and spirits is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service
- Establishing good rapport with customers and making them feel welcome
- Helping customers choose food and drinks that best fit their needs
- Serving food and drinks for dine-in with proper etiquette
Sales Administration
- Understanding the different available food and drink offerings
- Packing food and drinks for take-out/delivery according to company standards
- Taking and processing dine-in and take-out payments
Space Management
- Maintaining presentable and comfortable shopping and dining areas
- Making sure all consumables (e.g. wine, drinking water, napkins) have ample stock
- Creating regular sales and operations reports for management review
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and co-workers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
