Over 80,000 customers globally – including 95% of the Fortune 100 – rely on our client to ensure the protection, recoverability, and compliance of their data. Its strong execution capability is supported by 800+ data sources, 100+ operating systems, 1,400+ storage targes and 60+ clouds.
Japan is a key market for our client in APAC and to support its growth, they would like to invite a talent Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team.
- Liaise with Hiring Managers to take accurate job briefs of open requisitions.
- Utilise attraction toolkit and sourcing channels to deliver candidate volumes.
- Conduct screening calls and assessments as required.
- Manage internal referral process.
- Monitor candidate volumes and adjust candidate attraction strategy as necessary.
- Assist in preparation of formal offer letter for successful candidates.
