Responsibilities:
- To assist the client to manage the shipment of FTA eligible orders, through identifying the orders from system, process application and get approval with client been able to enjoy lower import duty and hence the saving
- involve in ensuring all necessary licenses are available and within validity periods and renew accordingly
- Identify Form E and Form AI orders, follow up Production release to shipment completion
- Run unconfirm order report, identify FTA applicable orders
- Run FTA/RVC/COO Report using Cockpit to qualify the criteria for FTA
- Prepare Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS)
- Submit to Broker for application
- Update Tracker
- D+2 to receive physical form approval and pass to shipping team to ship
- perform random checks on FTA calculation in ZFTA_cockpit, assisting to solve Destination issue (if any), Invoicing
- Liaise, chase Supplier for replenishment Origin Form E and AI, assisting Supplier to trouble shoot unsuccessful upload of FTA forms, any issues arise in One Source Tool, (back to back form)
- Saving Tracker
- Handle Singapore Customs enquiry pertaining to Export Form E and AI
- FTA Audit
- Handle issue in One Source Tool (i.e. FIFO issue, update of eligible list)
- Renewal of Form E/AI, include Manufacturing Cost statement, Letter of Undertaking, Manufacturing License
- FTA Project /UAT Testing
- New products registration
Nigeria Soncap Project
- Renewal of PC3
- Handle of Soncap shipments from completion of shipment, preparation of Customs documents – CCVO (Certificate of Value and Origin), Manufacture certificate, Form M. arrange shipment collection, Fumigation, Invoicing
Requirements:
- Diploma / Universities Graduate of any discipline
- 2 years or more Order management experience preferred
- SAP/Excel knowledge
- Shipping knowledge will be of advantage
- Prior Customs operations knowledge will be of advantage
