Your role and responsibilities
As Project Lead within the Data & Analytics departement you are responsible for overseeing the planning, development & implementation of data related projects. You will do so by utilizing information technology solutions, principles, standards & best practices. You will be responsible for defining the project requirements from a data perspective and managing the project teams, potential risks, timelines and opportunities to ensure successfully delivery of project deliverables.
Define the scope and analyzing the impact of the projects with the sponsor and key stakeholders in order to gain a clear idea of the needs and goals to achieve;
Create and follow up on the project and program planning by leading the projects through the different phases;
Identify potential data opportunities and challenges within current Data & Analytics activities.
Discover and onboard new projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Data & Analytics department
Develop, establish & maintain project management standards & procedures.
Use change management skills and best practices in order to deliver successfully the assigned projects
Ensure the effective coordination of the program’s projects and management of their interdependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising;
Identifying improvements and efficiencies based on “as is” documentation and defining “to be” processes, policies and workflows in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Identify the right profiles and assemble a project team to successfully deliver the project
Build up relationships with other teams within the department and across departments and become a trusted advisor within the company for data-related topics
How to succeed / Your profile
- +3 years of experience as project manager, ideally combined with business experience in data;
- Initiator with perseverance and a flexible approach;
- Experienced in project, program and change management & relevant tooling
- Skilled in managing stakeholders at different levels (jr-sr) and business domains
(logistics, manufacturing, services, and sales) - Natural connector with ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and
externally - Effective communication with good coaching and training skills
- Strong business interest and acumen
- Excellent proficiency in English
