The role

As a Client Director Trainee at TwentyThree, you know that our customers mean the world to us.
This role is a part-time role and we will build a career plan for you to grow further at TwentyThree within the role.

The role provides an opportunity to move towards a full-time Client Director role, working with global customers on elevating their video marketing efforts.

You are an ambitious, driven, hands-on Customer Organization specialist. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our clients' trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inqueries:
    • Interact with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chats, or help desk tickets. You listen to customer concerns, answer questions, and provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Providing Service and Product guidance:
    • Have in-depth knowledge about the product or service you support. You educate customers about product features, explain how to use certain functionalities, and offer guidance to help our customers maximize their experience.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions:
    • You maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions. You update customer profiles or databases with relevant information, ensuring a comprehensive history of customer interactions.
  • Collaboration with other teams:
    • You will often work closely with other departments, such as product, engineering,or sales, to relay customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements to products or services.
  • Continuous learning and improvement:
    • We expect you to stay up to date with product updates, industry trends, and evolving technologies.
  • Customer Team Member:
    • We expect that you are bringing energy, performance drive, and professionalism to the Customer team in general and colleagues in the company.
    • We walk the talk - Talk, educate, and inspire customers by using our own products in our conversations with them.
  • Engagement:
    • Spending time out of the queue to create new ways to excite and engage our customers, such as campaigns, feedback, etc.









Requirements

You have a good understanding and curiosity about digital marketing

You are motivated by creating a great customer experience and moving our customers in their digital transformation journey

You are fluent in English.
