Required Skills and Experience

  • Negotiation skills in English, spoken and written
  • Experience in handling aviation projects
  • Experience in selling complex service solutions in highly regulated industries
  • Technical background required
  • Dealing with Level C (Senior) management in the corporate environment
  • Very good knowledge of office programs (PP/Excel/Word), internet and social media affinity
  • Networker
  • Willingness to travel intensively

Erforderliche Abschlüsse:

  • Higher school education (Abitur/Matura) is required for the position of Business Development Manager (m/f/x)
  • Aviation technical and/or business education

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new customers (airlines, lessors, MRO)
  • Developing existing customer relationships
  • Strategic planning of target groups
  • Planning and attending industry events
  • Establishing long-term relationships with aviation industry companies
  • Contributing to the preparation of offers
  • Creating and conducting company presentations

Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieving planned revenue targets
  • Timely and correct submission of offers and tenders to airline partners
  • Implementation, integration, and management of projects
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Continuous updating of relevant data sources (CRM, ERM tools)
