Job Description


A Restaurant Manager is responsible of leading all aspects of the restaurant of SCO business. (S)he will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. The Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. (S)he will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Always willing to delegate the knowledge to the team members of him/her.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise day to day business operation
  • Generate a strong rapport with guests and a warm welcoming atmosphere
  • Motivate the team to deliver a seamless and efficient standard of service
  • Hands on during service – supervising the service sequence, ensuring the smooth daily operation
  • Setting and maintaining standards to ensure the guest experience is effective and hospitable
  • Ensuring that all daily, weekly, monthly paperwork is completed and filed with accurate data
  • Playing a key role in the training, development and retention of the direct team, building a developmental spirit
  • Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintain good relationships with them always aligning the interdependent activities
  • Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for growing existing business and implement any promotional activity
  • Notify engineering of any maintenance and repair needs
  • Perform other duties as requested by the line manager, having the attitude of team support
  • Perform any other duties as required by the direct manager

Mandatory Requirements:


  • English Knowledge
  • Turkish National
  • University Degree or Technical Institution
  • Working experience in similar role for minimum 5 years (preferably in 5* hotels, or high-end restaurant)
  • Effective communication skills and pleasant personality, willing to support peers, the manager and the team of him/her
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Adaptable and flexible profile

Extra Requirements:


  • Additional languages will be considered as a plus
  • University degree will be considered as a plus
  • Computer operating skills including MS Office/Excel
