Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior PTW Lead to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Overseeing and coordinating daily operations within the designated area, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Serving as the Permit to Work (PTW) Lead, managing the authorization process and ensuring all work activities adhere to safety protocols.
- Taking charge of training initiatives, developing and implementing programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency and achieve operational objectives.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in industrial or operational settings.
- Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) processes and safety regulations.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and facilitate training sessions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage complex operational challenges.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and best practices.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in leadership and safety.

Salary: 30,000.00kr - 60,000.00kr per month
